Definitions
- Sync Success Rate
This is the success rate of syncs (downloads) across all FieldFX users using Sync V4.
- App Availability
The percentage of requests completed successfully.
This is defined as the number of requests returning a status code 5xx versus the total number of requests processed.
- Response Time 95 Perc
To measure responsiveness, we use the app’s 95th percentile (p95) response time, an industry-standard metric for assessing user experience.
This means that 95% of an application’s web requests were completed within less time, and 5% were completed within more.
When this value exceeds 6 seconds the system automatically adds more resources.
- Avg Response Time
The average amount of time (in milliseconds) required to respond to a user request.
